Question / Help Stream lags Twitch

Hello, few days ago i bought a new pc. Not the best one and not very expensive but i thought i could stream on it.
I was trying almost all settings in OBS and when im trying to stream my screen is loading, 10 secs is ok then it's loading for aobout 5-10 secs and over over again.
My pc is:
Video Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
Physical Memory: 4093MB Total, 1352MB Free (DDR 3 1333mhz)
CPU Name: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor CPU Speed: 3515MHz
Internet connection is up to dl 250mb/s and upload always about 15mb/s

Please help me if somebody can.

Oh and im streaming League of Legends

I'm not most experienced one to help (personally having trouble myself doing streams) but try go to twitch dashboard when streaming see if twitch complains of something specific. Aside from that you could try lower bitrate/resolution if that could help. Your quality might not be too high for your internet, however too high for your PC to process and upload.

Well if you are only streaming League then 1280x720 with 30 fps the lanczos filter a 2000 bitrate with the default veryfast preset should do the job.

i guess you are from europe so while changing your stream settings you can also try every twitch server you got in european region and try the us east coast server
