Question / Help Stream Lags/Frame dropping after upgrade to SSD

Hello

I have installed an SSD drive.
Now the OBS want to stream with 1000 bitrate,
but i have configt to 1800/2000

connection speed: 150 down 10 up

whats happend to me ?

My friend honestly had this same problem where his bitrate would not max over 1000 and someone told him to reinstall the client and it worked! Sorry im not the best of help

i have reinstalled it twice,
but no idea where the OBS takes this low settings :/

From IRC: Problem seems to be the upload speed which is lower than necessary. I think LetsPlayAll is contacting his ISP atm.

i have installed the drivers from the asus cd,
then it installed a programm "Network iControl"
this stupid thing was the problem.
