Was testing OBS at my other place some weeks ago where i had 100mbit down and 10 up. And it was working fine.

Now at my new place i have 100 down and 100 up and and my stream lags like hell and i get like 60% framedrops.

My PC:
CPU: i7-3770K @ 4.50
Graphics: 680 GTX
Ram: 16GB Corsair Vengeance
HDD: Samsung SSD 830-Series 256GB

I live in Sweden so i choose Stockholm as server

What are the optimal settings for me??
I wanna stream in a good quality 720p

Twitch is having major problems tonight. Try hashd.tv or try again another time.

Wow, you need to not use slower preset, it's ruining your encoding.

Anyway, as far as network stuff, you need to try other servers to maybe get a better connection, and if you still drop frames after that, you will have to drop bitrate until it stops. There really isn't anything else you can do. Network conditions in EU especially tend to fluctuate quite a bit for Twitch, so you just have to keep an eye on things and constantly tweak.

Ok, problem solved then, tested on hashd.tv and no frame drops at all.

Twitch suck balls lately. Laggy streams when you try to watch any and if you wanna stream you gonna have problem also.

Thanks for the help R1CH!

well to be honest ... i've had problems the last 6 months with twitch as an european viewer there are only a few streams which work at first time usually i refresh the stream approx 50-100 times untill i get on a twitch server where i can watch without problems 115/6 connection.

i've been streaming on hashd lately ... its easier to get fewer as a not known streamer and also havent had a single problem so far

btw you can use veryfast preset and stream with a 2000bitrate will look good enough
