That's not a complete log...can you make sure you copy the whole file, and that OBS is closed when you do?

Well you have dropepd frames on the first transmission, but you fixed it after that first session it appears.

1080p is kind of a high resolution though, I'm not sure if I can reasonably recommend 1080p to anything that isn't a partner (due to their transcodes). Many people -will- lag when watching 1080p streams. I would highly recommend 720p instead if you want a better experience for all your viewers

As you can see, i have it set to "downscale 720p", And i tried playing on 720p too, And it still freezed lagged etc.. :/

You only set it to 720p once (which I admittedly missed) then you set it back to 1080p. If you don't want your viewers to lag, set it to 720p max. I probably wouldn't recommend more than 3000 kilobits either. Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure what else to tell you, if you're not dropping frames then the problem isn't on your end.

If you are not dropping frames, then it's probably server->viewer that's the problem, not streamer->server.

And also, don't watch your own stream page while you're streaming if possible, it's actually quite bad to do because of the CPU usage. Watch the vods after, or use a separate computer or another person to verify.

If we're talking twitch, then it's probably an issue with their distributor servers. I suggest you download a piece of your recorded broadcast which was spotted lagging and watch it locally. If there are no problems with it - it's an issue with twitch and there is nothing you can do about it.

Been checking around now, My vods looks great, But people are still complaing about lag? They have freeze lags, But vods are fine, Not dropping frames, So it's twitch or them?

it's twitch, it's a "known" issue around many smaller streams. Twitch seems to throttle smaller streams (like, if you're not a partner)/have some shaping issues (no idea tbh how their infrastructure is set up) if they've got a big event or something like that going on, thus some people might be having issues watching.

Sorry for retard lol ( 2013 ) but i have the same problem and i dont have found the solution.

Someone have found her ?
