Question / Help Stream lags but i don't

My stream lags but i don't.

I'm currently trying to stream The Division beta.

And it runs perfectly for me with no problems at all. But the stream runs like i'm playing the game on a commadore 64.

I have a Intel Core i5-2400 Quad-Core Processor 3.1 GHz 6 MB Cache ...

Here's my speed test

Here's my settings. I streamed a lot of other games with these settings without a problem

I don't know if i can do anything better. Or if you have some good changes i can make that won't destroy my quality completely :P

Thank you; :)

Been playing around with settings and i can't seem to be getting it right. Idk what's wrong. Pretty much every other game run just fine on the stream.. I need urgent help

Don't use 3500kbps unless you're a Partnered streamer. It will make most of your viewers go into buffering hell, and will look terrible if you're trying to live-preview from the same machine you're casting from. Have you looked at the VOD of your cast to see if it's doing the same thing? They tend to be less prone to buffering as the video is ready and can be pre-buffered more easily than on a live stream.

Another possibility is strexm.tv; I've seen this site cause nothing but problems. Remote asset management is an interesting idea, but has some pretty major downfalls with user bandwidth, connection problems, or even just having the CLR browser spaz out and reload it over and over and over, locking up other parts of OBS. Local assets are more of a hassle to maintain, but really are the way to go.

Yes i have looked at my past podcast and it's just freezing up completely.

What should i set my Max bitrate to then? would 2000 be good?

and yea Strexm.tv is doing a lot of stuff inside my log file i can see. I might disabling it and see if that's doing anything better. :)

When streaming division and looking at my live display on OBS it's freezing up really really bad.
Same goes for when i look at my past broadcast on twitch. So there's diff something wrong.
