Question / Help Stream Lagging

Im trying to start twitch streaming Clash of CLans and i watched a lot of videos and posts to configure setting to not lag. These are my settings:
480p
Bitrate/Buffer size 1500
x264 CPU Preset medium
encoding profile main

I always get a high encoding warning when i stream. and i have a 2.0 upload speed and i know a guy who streams battlefield 4 with a 1.8 so any help would be great thanks.

I put stream log file in as well.

your i3 is to slow to stream at medium or slow preset. stick with the default, veryfast
