Question / Help Stream lagging.

Hi guys.
I just started streaming and I have encountered a problem. My stream is very laggy.
I'm, in this moment, working with a 1,6 Mbps dl and a 6,8 Mbps ul. My max bitrate is 2500 kbps.
If you have any idea it would help me very much!

You didn't provide any major details, it's hard to help without knowing your obs settings and PC specs.

Which obs settings and PC specs do you need?

- I know, it's usually the other way around. I pay for 30/30, I'm calling the provider!

By the way - if you're paying for 30/30 and have 1,6 Mbps dl and 6,8 Mbps ul. then it means your internet is extremely unstable and isn't suited for streaming and never will be unless fixed.
I wen't through the same thing. I had 40down, 4up and streaming was hard with more than 1800 bitrate 30fps. My upload was jumping from 2 to 4mbit/s.

Right now i have 50down/7up and can stream in 3500 bitrate quite well considering my unstable connection.

CPU Speed: 3.1 GHz Performance Rated at: 7.44 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Win 8.1
GPU: GeForce GTX 660

OBS:
Max bitrate: I've tried a couple settings. Ranging from 500-3500
Streaming Service: Twitch / Justin
Server: EU: Stockholm, SE
Resolution 1920x1080
Downscale: 1.5 (1280x720)
FPS: 30
Rest is default, I think. Tell me if you need more!

BTW. There is 3 pc's on the 30/30 network, don't know if that has anything to do with it being slow.
