Question / Help Stream lagging with Decent comp and good internet.

Hey i've been trying to stream for a couple of days now but when i stream i go from 5 ping to 100+.

This is my internet:

I think i know what maybe be the problem but still need help. in the last two pictures you can see my ping towards the streaming servers to the twitch Sydney server i get 250 but i should be getting 5 as you can see in the picture below where to the hitbox.tv server i get 5 ping.

Looks like an ISP issue, you are also using a fair Amount of your total Upload, so i suggest lowering your Bitrate first and see if that changes anything or leaves you with a stable Ping.

Try using "Minimize Network Impact" aswell.

For the Future, always provide a Logfile, People on this Forum need it and will ask for it anyway. (Thats why theres a Sticky Post)

Tried both of those solutions did not help ;l

but when i connect to San Jose twitch server in america i get better ping in game and through the server than Sydney which makes no sense at all

It does make sense, due to the higher Distance between you and the Server there is a higher Fluctuation in Bitrate you actually Upload.

What do u mean I live in Sydney and always get <5 ping on every other server but the Sydney twitch server I get 250 how does that make sense.
