Question / Help Stream lagging when streaming overwatch on Win 10

As the title says when I stream overwatch my stream is very laggy. I did not have an issue with streaming overwatch in win 7. Please help. Could it be possible that my cpu isnt good enought to run win 10 and stream overwatch??


System Specs: 8 GB of ram Intel i5 3750k Radeon 7870

Stream Settings: 30FPS Resolution Downscale: 1.50(1280x720) Filter: Bilnear

Enable vsync or the frame rate limiter in Overwatch and see if that helps.

Capped my fps at 90 and the stream no longer lags.
