Question / Help Stream lagging, local recording not

Hi guys, sorry for my english first.
I have used obs for few games, ingame settings was 1080p 60fps+, OBS settings was 720p 60fps bitrate 3500kbps, CBR on, obs priority normal, x264 veryfast preset, main profile. Streaming on Youtube, no problem here. Metro/stalker series was perfect w/ h264/nvenc codec.

But now if i wanna stream ANY game, game is smoothly, but preview in obs is laggy, fps down there showing between 20-50fps, but only for stream, for local recording is everything great. Recorded video is 60fps (good quality) But when i wanna stream, its not possible. My pc is strong, i5 3570k, GTX 670 4gb OC, 8gb ram, upload 4mb/s - using game capture and capture device (avermedia live gamer hd)

I haven´t any problem before with this desktop.

I have used default setting of game/obs trying to overlock cpu and gpu, no changes here...

I tried low ingame settings of skyrim, playing on 720p low details, no results, same problem, lagging preview...

Can someone help? Thanks

Post your logfile from the help menu. copy the link and post it here.

I personally dont use the preview window while I stream. the preview isn't always an accurate representative of how the stream looks in the end. Do you have Aero enabled? it should be to game or window capture.

Yes sure i tried enbale/disable aero...
 
Okay, i tried now install windows, old gpu drivers, obs, directx, steam and skyrim on my old hdd 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 64mb, everything is okay, stream is great, ii will try the same on ssd... maybe here is a problem
