Question / Help Stream lagging. In VOD no Problems.

Hey there mates.

I started streaming couple of days ago. Some of random viewers say. that my stream is lagging. You can watch 5 sec's and then it stops for about 5 sec's. After that you can watch again 5 secs. But if I watch the VOD's then there is no prpblem.

I hope someone can help me. (But I think, my problem is, that my Graphiccard is to bad)

You're trying to run at 3500kbps. Non-partnered casters are strongly advised to not exceed 2000kbps, to minimize buffering, which is what your viewers are seeing.

Switch to 720p@30fps, 2000kbps on x264 Veryfast or lower. It's the "golden point" for non-partnered streams.
If you need 60fps for a technical reason (sprite blitting on retrogames, mostly) then downscale to 480p@60fps, 2000kbps.
