Question / Help Stream lagging for viewers only(internet speed,pc specs and setting i use on obs in thread)

Hello,I kept trying every video setting possible but the video for viewers just kept lagging and it was low quality as well.
Dont really know what should I post here so I'll try to put down my pc specs,my internet speed and the settings i setup.

I can choose between 2 video adapters(tried both of them with all of the settings,nothings chaning): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770(as shown in the snapshot) and Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.
Please help me out !!!
P.S. the aspect ratio was lower at the beginning (cant really remember what it was,0:1 maybe or something like that) but it changed to the one that is shown(dont know how it did) but the effects were same in the beginning and now.

Dont really know whats up with internet,the speed is probably not like that. When i download a movie or something like that the download speed is somewhere about 10mb/s,not really sure about up speed,never really checked it and the speed depends on if someone else is downloading that file.

Your thread isn't being ignored, sorry about that, we (or at least I) have just been really busy lately, the number of threads that are on the board at any given time make it really hard to respond to every single one these days.

Your settings seem fine, though turn on "Use CBR" in encoder settings. How many users are talking about lag? It also depends on what server you stream to. If you stream to a server that's really far away from most of your users it's possible they could have problems, but with 800 bitrate no one should really be having any problems. I'd recommend coming around to live chat some time and asking for people to check and test out your stream to verify that there's no lag or anything on their end as well.

If for example only two or three people are telling you have lag, then it's quite possible that it could be just the server choice as I mentioned. Really needs a bigger range of testing I think depending on how many viewers you normally have.

Your quality is low because you set the bitrate really low, and your resolution/FPS too high for that bitrate. Use https://obsproject.com/estimator to determine what settings you should be using given your system specs and upload speed for the most ideal settings.

We really need to have this in the program where it'll automatically configure user settings, but no one has had time to put in auto-configuration yet.

Also, make sure to post a log file with your thread. I'm betting that's most likely why the thread got buried as well -- we can analyze and help with problems faster with log files.
 
I dont get a lot of viewers yet,but the stream is laggy for myself and despite that it is laggy for everyone else as well. About posting logs,well i have like 11 of them for todays log(I did all of my configurations today) so which on exactly should I post?
 
your bitrate is way too low anyway for almost any kind of real streaming especially going for 1080p60 which makes the flashplayer go crazy balls

think about streamin with 1080p30 or 720p60

bitrate a 2500-3000 should be fine


just to give you an example
1080p60 if you want to watch the stream on twitch the flash player takes about 80% cpu usage on an 1st gen i3 with ht

and thats just a stupid video stream which almost maxes out an few years old pc
