Alright Guys.

I've just started using OBS to record my gameplay via twitch. I'm doing it mainly to watch over the mistakes I make, but for some reason my stream gets some sort of lag. If you look at the link provided it you should get better understanding what I mean.

( skip to 22.30)

My Spec;

GPU - GTX 770
RAM - 32gb
CPU - i7 4770k

If there is any other info needed which I can provide please let me know!

Many Thanks

your logfile would help greatly

Unfortunately from work I cannot view twitch so I cant tell atm what the issue is besides "some sort of lag", from your log, I dont see anything wrong/out of standard besides what is listed below"

1.Change fps to 30fps. 36 will be oddly vieable on most 60hz monitors. there is really no reason to set fps to anything but 30fps, 40fps, 45fps, 48fps, or 60fps.

2. Your bitrate seems low for your video output, for better picture quality, I would recommend either:
switching back to x264 and using 720p
or
downscaling to 540p if you need to use NVENC. with NVENC, you will lose quality per the same bitrate with x264, but x264 uses up more CPU usage, but with a 720p@30fps stream you wont even notice it.

Lastly, Use this tool to measure bandwidth that you have to twitch. this is a speed test but more targeted to streaming instead of just a general speedtest
