I'm having issues when streaming, my fps drops and I don't know why.

I got a gtx 780 and a i7 4770k 16gb ram ehh if you need more specs just say it.

I've tried lowering resolution to 720 from 1080 but no differens, I've also tried lowering bitrate and I'm now on 4750 and quality at 8

I got 30-50 FPS on dayz when streaming and without stream 65-80.

If you need more info just say it

- Stop streaming at 1080p60. If you want 60 FPS, use 720p. If you want 1080p, use 30 FPS. Your capture card doesn't even do 1080p60 output, upscaling 1280x800 video serves no purpose.

- Update OBS, you're several versions behind. http://obsproject.com/download

- Since you're streaming to Twitch you should enable CBR and CBR padding, don't use a bitrate higher than 3500, make sure the Enable CFR box is checked and set your keyframe interval to 2 seconds (under Settings > Advanced after updating OBS). http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/a ... quirements

Post a new log if the problem continues after making these changes.
