Question / Help Stream lag

Hello i recently began to do streaming on twitch however from the viewers point of view there is a bit of stream lag if anyone can help that would be amazing. Here is the log: http://pastebin.com/hu2FVSDa

10-20 seconds of delay is completely normal, and expected while livestreaming.

1080p will not work on 1000kbps. Recommend downscaling to 720p and raising to 2000kbps, or downscaling to 360p if more bandwidth is not available.

I tried what you recommended and now the stream runs smooth in 360p with 2000kbps Only problem is on my end game play is choppy.
