Question / Help Stream lag

Hey OBS users

I've tried to stream but my stream is really lagy for everyone.

My internet: Download speed 88.1 Mbit/sec and upload 8.8 Mbit/sec

I just started with obs and I dont know what i'm doing wrong, Is it my internet or sould i just be able to stream.

Could some vetaran users help me?

If you don't have dropped frames, the lag is likely on your viewers end, or you are capturing incorrectly. A log file would be useful.

Thanks for the reply, Where do I find the log file?

It said I droped 90% of the frames , Is there a way to fix that?
