Question / Help Stream lag with newly upgraded Windows 10

Hey guys,

I'm running into some lag on stream that I did not have previously prior to ugrading to Windows 10.
Here's a sample of how it looks, what happens. You can see it runs fine, and at some points the game looks like it drops a bunch of frames and just skips. Audio seems to be fine.

Everything does work fine. How can I fix this? I am not getting high cpu encoding issues either. Preview is disabled.

I can try to find the log for this if it will help or try to restream and get a new log. Let me know what might help

Why are you streaming at 48fps instead of the standard 30?

I wanted to do it at 60fps but my computer cannot handle it

Then do 30.

48fps will look really bad on a large percentage of screens due to how they display things that aren't going at an even split vs their refresh rate.

Okay, it was fine before I upgraded, so I was looking for help with that, not just to lower to 30 fps
