Question / Help Stream lag / no frame loss

I am getting weird FPS loss in stream but obs is not telling me im losing Frames. i don't know what to do iv tried mostly everything i can search for and think of. pwease help!!

I see you have a webcam added, and it's running at 1080p, but you're only streaming at 720p. You should lower the resolution of the webcam, because you're adding extra load to your system for no reason with that high resolution webcam.

Other than that, I don't see much that could be an issue. Can you link to a video of the issue?

I have seemed to fix the problem by turning on the nvidia NVENC preset. also by putting my cam to 720p. thanks for the reply.
