Firstly id like to thankl OBS for this wonderful piece of software. Now to the problem i am having, I have an AMD built pc but when i stream my game has no lag but the stream does i have trie so many diffrent methods and my internet is very good and i mean very good. Below is a couple of logs from my latest stream.

Also id like to add i stream directly from OBS.

Well, you aren't dropping frames at all but good lord 15000 bitrate is way way way way too much. 720p25fps needs like, 2500 at MOST. Try streaming at a more reasonable bitrate and see if that fixes the problem.

The stream it self is not lagging looking at the vod and log, try not to watch it from the same machine/connection otherwise lower the bitrate.
