From what i remember you could sustain a 2400 bitrate during the motion test scene. try 2400 bitrate 160 bufsize cbr and disable the advanced custom settings.

if you're confident that your upload can afford it crank it to 2700 bitrate 180 bufsize cbr.

where are you from and where are they from? it's possible they don't have great routing to the twitch servers or something, it may not be anything you are doing wrong

I can still be the viewers connection, routing to the twitchserver or their hardware. If the vod is fine, its mostlikely their connection or twitch.

The Stream is running fine, Your bitrate is perfectly flat with no frame drops on your end.

Basically your viewers can't sustain a single 2828kbps connection to that twitch ingest, same reason they couldn't with a spiky 1920 crf bitrate.

Also i wanna point out that forcing an I-frame every 250 frames is one of the reasons you notice bad quality with that buffer on static scenes so using keyint=720 in combination with that bufsize is advised to make the encoder only insert i frames when it has to (or every 24 seconds) which is fairly/3 times less bad for those.

My advice to you Karol401 is to downscale and use less bitrate without having to waste unnecessary bandwith.

Something like a 1.5 downscale with 1500 bitrate/bufsize quality 7 should keep you fairly around the 2000 bitrate edge without having to contentiously use as much bandwidth.

To not use 2700 kbps all the time and to save a little bitrate for when you move the screen because even 2700kbps bitrate is still not high for that resolution.
