Question / Help Stream keeps freezing but audio continues!

so i got a problem with my stream keeps freezing it will like play for 1 min then frezze for like 10-15 seconds, but the audio continues while its freezing, i tried changing litterally all the settings and nothing is working, i am using windows 10.. Help is much appreciated

I've been having the same thing happen. OBS doesn't report any dropped frames, and I generally have to tab into OBS to unfreeze it. :/

I am having the exact same problem. Also windows 10. Have watched videos on adjusting your settings on youtube and tried everything, and still nothing is fixed. I try restarting the stream, I try tabbing in and out, nothing is fixing it. please help!!
