Question / Help Stream Keeps Buffering

Hey recently since the new year my stream has become so laggy through twitch at first i thought it was twitch its self now my streams will be 15 seconds behind and struggle to buffer any ideas would be appreciated thanks.

You aren't dropping any frames, so the problem is you aren't able to view from the Twitch video delivery servers fast enough. Change your preset back to veryfast, lower the bitrate down to 2000-2500 and see if it's any better.

The buffering issue is resolved but the delay is still pretty high is this my side or twitch side?

20-30 second delay is normal since Twitch changed to HLS.
