Question / Help Stream keep freazing

Hello my stream keep freezing, game is frozen but u can hear a sound
it's freezing for few second then its normal but laggy

any ideas?
pc spec
-intel pentium g3258 3.20gzh
-ram 6gb
-adm radeon r7 200 series

It's caused by your computer. Your system is barely capable of ultrafast and you've got it set to faster.

i changed it to faster then fast its still the same

The slower the preset sounds, the MORE cpu time it uses.
That pentium barely has ANY cpu time.

what is cheapest cpu for decent streaming?
