Question / Help STREAM IS SO FUZZY NOW

I had my stream settings just fine when I had my old monitor, it wasn't even 1280x720(it was below that but I don't remember) and I would stream games at 1280x720 and it would look pretty clear as you would see here in this vod. https://www.twitch.tv/syvarris11/v/61852988 But I recently updated my monitor to a 1080p one.(http://www.bestbuy.com/site/aoc-21-5-led-hd-monitor-black/4730901.p?id=1219809792952&skuId=4730901) My stream now looks just awful. I changed the resolution to maybe thinking it would fix it but it didn't. I have searched and searched for what might help but I can't find anything that works. I am desperate to finding an answer so that I can start streaming. I want to make it as clear as I can and if it's all blurry and laggy, nobody will stick around.
