Question / Help Stream is permanently extremely pixilated. Please help!

Does anyone know what would be the perfect settings that I should have set up for my comp/internet abilities etc and so it shouldn't be pixelated?

Computer specs:

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Laptop or Desktop: Desktop
If name brand - N/A - Own Build
Type of Mouse (USB/PS2/Wireless) - First Gen Razer Naga
Type of Keyboard (USB/PS2/Wireless) - Razer Black Widow (non-stealth)
Amount of memory - 16GB RAM
Motherboard model (if known): ASUS - P9Z77-V PRO
Video card: EVGA GeForce GTX680
Processor: Intel i7-3770k CPU @ 3.50 Ghz

Download: roughly 50mbps
Upload: Roughly 20mbps

OBS logs - for some unknown reason the only ones I have are from June.... I've streamed a few times since then including tonight but I don't see them! Back in June I had the same issue though so hopefully these will still help.

Logs seem to be too long so followed forum guidelines, hope you guys can read this:

Hi Osiris, thank you for your response.

These logs are older and I think they are from my initial streams but with the help of friends I've gone through a whole host of different settings/qualities and it continues to be pixelated.

I have it currently set at 30fps.

May I ask, what resolution do you think would be the best for my computer/internet which would still produce a good quality picture on my stream?
 
Assuming you're streaming to Twitch, 720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast is the 'golden point' for non-partnered streamers.
 
The "veryfast" preset isn't set in stone if you have a system that can handle a slower sounding one.
 
True, but it's the starting point. Slower is better, but uses a lot more CPU. Have to test for about 20 minutes on each before stepping down.

I...uhm..had it on UltraFast so now I've taken it down to Very Fast as suggested. I will see how that looks the next time I stream.

I really appreciate the help, I'm new to OBS and not very technically-minded when it comes to computers.
 
Ah yeah, that'd do it. Ultrafast uses very little CPU, but terrible quality. Almost as bad as QSV/NVENC or the Avermedia hardware encoder.

Slower the preset, the more CPU it uses, but the better quality at a given bitrate.
