I have problems that other people cannot watch the stream since it just stucks on load. I can see it on dashboard with no problem, and when I check recorded video later everything works smoothly.
So in that case I assume that I have too high bitrate for them? But how do you lower bitrate to provide clean image?
Can someone suggest me the settings?
Computer:

My current settings are:
- Resolution downscaled from 1440p to 960p.
- CBR quality 10
- Preset: ultrafast
- Bitrate: 2500
Quality in Dota2:

Quality in COD4:

But for some reason other people gets "Loading..." forever.
720p is totally crap, quality wise, because it is downscaled too much (2x)..
Anything else I should check?
