Question / Help stream is laggy/stutters, but audio is fine

So, I wanted to stream for the first time and when I did about 10 mins worth, I looked at the video and it starts to lag, but audio seems fine. I don't have the best connection, but I want to at least try to stream decently. I'm just not sure what type of settings I should be doing.

My upload speed is usually between 0.79mbps to 1mbps, sometimes a tiny bit lower than that. Yeah, crappy I know, but it's the only connection I have right now. My computer has the specs of:

amd FX 4300 quad-core processor, 3.80 GHz, 8GB of RAM, GTX 750ti graphics card.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to stream even a little bit without lagging ect?

I hope these are correct, I had a couple logs, but these two are about the game I tried to stream.

looks like your bitrate is set way too high.
you said you currently only get between 0.75-1mb?

what i would do is downscale your stream from 1600x900 by at LEAST 2 (it's in the options in video). and also set your bitrate to 700, not 10000. try that as a starting point and report back.

meh 700bitrate+ lowest 46 audio = ~750bitrate and he got 0,79mbit upload so you almost use 98% upload just by streaming i wouldnt really recommend that

but yes even later in your logs your bitrate is way too high and since you are talking about streaming and not recording i would drop the bitrate to at least ~500 maybe even lower so you wont run into ping issues and since the bitrate is so low and your cpu is also quite weak you have to downscale to have a somewhat good quality 540p probably even 480p is your goal in this case

you might as well trying with only 25fps (set on obs) and then try some slower presets like faster or fast and se how your cpu behaves since this resolution and fps are quite low you might get away with it without having much of an performance hit
