Basiclly, when i stream whilst playing i dont get any lag at all whatsoever but i got my tablet up and im watching my stream to make sure its all good, its quite laggy and it soemtimes freezes and then continues.
I followed the guide on twitch.tv to setup the stream.
Idk what info you guys need to be able to help but ask away.

CPU: i5 2500k 4.5Ghz watercooled.

EDIT: also checked the analyzer this is what it said:
Aero is disabled
Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.
VBR in use
Consider enabling CBR for improved stream quality. CBR will use a fixed bitrate which allows a smoother network stream, reducing the chances of frame drops for both you and your viewers.
Excessive bitrate
Your bitrate is very high. For live streaming, your viewers must also be able to download at the bitrate you specified. Setting too high of a bitrate will cause your viewers to experience lag and your stream may also drop frames if the streaming service you use does not support such high bitrates.
I fixed all of those, and its not laggy and such but its not smooth. my bitrate is now at 3300 and it was 3500 earlier.
