I think thats the one. I have so many of them lol. Anyway so today i tried again and dropped a lot of frames checked the upload seems like its unstable i was at 4.5mbps where before i was at 6.5-7. Checked the upload with this other test said it was 3.2mbps. Cool, I said fuck it and i tested 540p 60fps at 2000 bit and faster preset... still choppy.

I watch it on my phone to see how it looks, im using wireless not the data and i can see when it works smooth its good and then gets choppy so im not sure whats up.

cpu temps get to 80-90 when gaming but thats how much they are either way whether im streaming or not. I think if even high temps were a problem i would feel it first in my game being choppy when i play but its not.

I dont know what the problem is getting kinda tired of it, gona take a break. Especially that even at 540p i get sluggish/choppy stream...

Code:
14:45:12: Total frames encoded: 86710, total frames duplicated: 3726 (4.30%)
14:45:12: Total frames rendered: 85188, number of late frames: 1088 (1.28%)
From your first log. duplicate frames need to be below 1%, late frames shouldn't be that many.

Mobile i7 cannot compare to desktop i7s.

Recommendation:
lower fps to 30fps and post a new logfile.

Code:
11:52:51: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1606 ms to
write 400542 bytes (buffer: 0 / 404480), unstable connection?

Run this utility for your region:
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

This is showing that somewhere between you your ISP and twitch is having issues. I would make sure you are using drivers from your laptop's manufacturer's website for your chipset, network, and sound card. This is more important that it looks.

ok il do 30fps 720p and 2000 even though i tried it before and same shit, but il do it again so you can see the log file. I have a question I had the process priority to above normal i put it back to normal and what about the CFR? should that be on or off I read a few things a it says to have it off but its on by default.

Downloading the file now will check it out

Unless you had something else going on with your network during that logfile, your bandwidth tests look outstanding so I'm not sure why it would do that unless it has something to do with load.

here is another one just tried it seems like i drop frames but i dont know why connectiong is 3.2 up now and i do 2000 bit. Either way its fucking weird first i had 6.5 up and now im down to 3.2 im sure it depends on the time of the day.

Also i noticed when i opened skype my disk usage shoots up to 100% and i noticed that before as well so im guessing its something to do with that maybe. Will have to look into it.

Is no one else having any problems on windows 10?

tested the free version of xsplit and it works just fine, i dont get any choppines in the stream. Look like its obs that causing this problem.

think i figured it out.. after windows update i was getting kernel check failure bsod. I read up on it and i unistalled the latest nvidia drivers and went to the previous ones 359.06 and then reinstalled obs and now the stream works. Got it at 720p 60fps 3000bit not choppy anymore. In h1z1 i need to have vsync on other wise that game is choppy when streaming but vsync fixes it. CSGO streams just fine.
