Question / Help Stream is lagging

10 sec +/- interval lags on twitch.

Your log seems okay, though I don't really recommend monitor capture if you can avoid it. Your system is sub-par as well, quite sub-par. 8800 GT and a system with only 2 physical cores system is not ideal for streaming, though that doesn't seem to be causing you all that many problems, so you may be able to safely ignore that for whatever it is you're doing.

I have exactly the same problem like Defaultzz. I made a stream of League of Legends in window mode and every 5-10 sec my stream on Twitch lags (like on pause, but loading circle appears for about 5 sec), but in preview screen of OBS it looks good. Here is my log file.

P.S. I have tried with 1000 bitrate - same problem. My upload speed to amsterdam server is 5800 kbps, to the one in London is 5800 too, but changing the server not helps.

Lower bitrate until the problem goes away, there isn't really any other solution. 3500 bitrate is way too much for 720p30fps LoL streams anyway. 2500 will be MORE than enough.
