Question / Help Stream is freezing for a few seconds.

I was having some problems with stream lag but ive managed to sort that out but now it will freeze every few seconds and the audio will drop. if you know how to help or have any suggestions it would be great.

Please post a log file, as it requests when you open a new thread in Q&H. We actually do need it, to be able to see what's happening on the back end and offer advice/troubleshooting.
