Question / Help Stream is Choppy when streaming Dark Souls 2

Hrm. Nothing strange that I can see. I'm running out of ideas. What sort of programs are you running in the background?

Nothing other than the chatroom popout, dark souls 2, obs.

I believe so. The processor doesnt go overboard when I stream and I think my graphics card is fine. I think I may know a problem. My computer has 1 generic fan, the video card fan,and the processor fan. I didnt get any liquid cooling/ other fans. My computer DOES get pretty hot, not burning, but hot. Should I go out and get water cooling installed?

If your computer is running hot, I'd first suggest getting rid of any dust. The stock CPU cooler should be more than capable unless you're overclocking. Water cooling is only necessary if you're overclocking a lot, and even then it's questionable whether they're truly better than air cooling solutions.

Do you know of any places I could take my computer to to get it check out / restored to orginial settins? (Factory Reset)

I cant reset it because I dont have the disc

You can always just use a program like RealTemp to check actual temperatures.

Both the processor and video card are at 45 degrees celsius.

45 celcius for both the video card and cpu. I have an ssd and I feel like I should just get rid of it, because it has caused a lot of problems so far.

Doesn't look like you're having temperature problems. Those temperatures look fine. The SSD problem is something that's probably beyond the scope of this issue.

Hm. I dont know any other solutions other than to factory reset my computer. Are there any companies that diagnose problems with computers like mine?

Try streaming to a different service like hitbox or twitch. If streaming to one of those platforms works than the problem is not on your end.

I just tried using xsplit gamecaster and It worked perfectly fine. No lag/choppiness whatsoever. Its definitely OBS.
