Are your CPU/GPU temperatures alright?
If your computer is running hot, I'd first suggest getting rid of any dust. The stock CPU cooler should be more than capable unless you're overclocking. Water cooling is only necessary if you're overclocking a lot, and even then it's questionable whether they're truly better than air cooling solutions.
You can always just use a program like RealTemp to check actual temperatures.

Doesn't look like you're having temperature problems. Those temperatures look fine. The SSD problem is something that's probably beyond the scope of this issue.
Try streaming to a different service like hitbox or twitch. If streaming to one of those platforms works than the problem is not on your end.
