Question / Help Stream is Blurry

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove blurryness from the stream. I have a really good internet connection but the stream keeps being blurry, only when i move my mouse around my stream gets blurry but when its only showing a cs go lobby as an example it is good quality

Need a logfile from a live streaming session, not screenshots of settings that are included in the log anyway.
