I have been streaming to Twitch for a few months and as of currently OBS keeps hitting dropped frames of up to 2000 or more within the span of a 15 minute stream. Is there any reason to why OBS is doing this? This is the log file from my latest stream: https://gist.github.com/ca2dda2f1f7a21a98640

Yep, from all the stalls it looks like you have a bad/flaky connection to the ingest. Try a different one.
New York, Ashburn and a couple others have been messed up pretty bad lately, so avoid those.
