stream in pixely and frame freezes

So im streaming on twitch at 1080p 60fps with Lanczos , im using x264 as if i use nvenc ts just super laggy, CBR at 6000 bitrate, 2 keyframe intervals and the faster preset the quality isnt too bad its smooth however every like 5 mins till just randomly freeze frame for secound or two everything continues e.g. my audio but the screen is just frozen, does the same thing on 720p 60/30 fps any ideas of how to fix or what setting to use should i add a profile and tune or soming also how important is Vram as i was dumb and got the 1060 3gb not 6gb

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Any particular reason you are using Lanczos vs Bilinear/Bicubic? Lanczos can be a bit buggy and cpu intensive. I would recommend trying the Bicubic and Bilinear settings - test each one to see which you prefer.
