Echoing is almost always due to either watching your stream while broadcasting, or a misconfiguration in OBS or windows settings. If you're not watching your stream, and you still can't figure out the cause, then post a log and we'll take a look at it

A log file from OBS. It's pretty important when reporting an issue, it's pretty much mentioned everywhere, and mentioend when you make a post.

Well, posting a log file here on your post would allow me to see your configuration, so I could potentially help you if you, say, had your mic set to output to desktop in a device source, or something like that (which would be bad). It's just so I can try to help.

The echoing definitely shouldn't be caused by OBS in this case. You're not watching your stream while streaming are you? That will almost assuredly cause an echo. Otherwise, are you using (Use Device Audio) as the audio output in the source's properties, right? And you're using "Output audio to stream only", right? If not, then make sure that's how it's set up.

Hide? Are you using your twitch dashboard page? If so, you may have to close the window entirely instead, the video may still play even if you have it set to hide, which may be the problem.
