Just upgraded my pc to a 5820k along with a gtx 980ti card but my stream is looking all a little framey?

Post an OBS log file from at least five minutes of high action content using the best settings you've been able to determine so far.

Just feels like when watching it back it looks grainy, i don't know how people get such crisp quality streams.. im sure my pc is capable of doing so.
