Question / Help Stream Help :(

Hey guys, so I've been trying to stream to twitch.tv but whenever I stream, I feel as if my stream has lag for me. Like, it will be good for a few seconds, then load up, then good for a few more seconds, then have to load up again.. I don't know what it is. I'm using OBS so maybe you could give me help on that... but here is everything I have

I have an AMD FX(TM) 6300 6 core processor 3.5 ghz I have an EVGA GTX 960 ssc GPU My Download Speed is about 15 My Upload speed is about 16 (according to speedtest.net) Could someone tell me if my computer isn't compatible for streaming or if My OBS settings are maybe messed up and what are the usual obs settings I should just use. Please help :(!

By the way, I live in South Jersey, if that helps any :(!

Also note that viewing your stream while you stream is not recommended and read below to understand lagging on the viewers side. Once I validate that you setting are correct, there is not much you can do
