My current system is..

GTX 660
i5 3570k
8GB DDR3 RAM

What settings should I be running my OBS at?

With the settings I currently use I am getting high encoding CPU?

To stream games such as CS:GO, League and Hearthstone

Have done, yep.. It still came up with it for me though
