Question / Help Stream Help! Error!

So Ive watched several Getting started videos and I have all the "basic" settings for streaming PC games. However, when I hit Preview stream or Start Streaming I get this error:

How do I go about fixing this? Or is my PC Laptop not have the minimum specs to stream using OBS?

I double checked and the system has the most recent version of DirectX

My Computer is a 2011 Dell Inspiron running Windows 7

Help?

PS: If this problem has been ask and answered before, can someone point me in the right direction?

All research I've done said that DirectX 11 should be the "updated version" of DX10. .. My system has DX11... So is it just that my system has DX11 (That ISNT backwards compatible with DX10?)

If you get that error your graphic card does not fully support dx10, that is a requirement to run OBS. No matter what software version you have installed
