I have been streaming in total for 2 years but have never had an issue with streaming. I have always been on an ethernet cable, I haven't changed my internet, and my pc has remained entirely the same. However in the past 3 months and counting my stream will randomly disconnect and reconnect right after. My bandwidth is 10,000k+, my download speed is 950 Mbps, my upload speed is 100 Mbps, and a 20 ms latency. Another thing is my game will also disconnect if I am playing a pc game while I stream but if I stream from my el gato through my console my game won't disconnect just the stream. I don't overclock my pc at all but here are my pc specs also:
