Question / Help Stream goes to red, quits? Never had this problem before..

Noticing this past week my game when I streamed would lag and I would get kicked out. Assumed it was Internet, called Charter and everything on their side is fine.

So I decided to test it playing the game without streaming works fine. Soon as I stream, it lags.

I thought well easy enough, my bitrate is to high to my upload apparently even though I've never switched this in two years straight.

Upload 4300 kbs
Bitrate been set at 3000 kbs

Switched it 2000 to "test" it, still drops me out. Lags the game after a bit usually couple minutes and automatically stops my stream.

I also tried selecting different servers with the same problem. :/ Also downgraded to the past version before this update .635b and still occures.

Can someone please help me out? Any other ideas. I use to be able to stream just fine constantly no problems. All of a sudden this problem won't go away.

I dropped bit rate down like crazy.
I tried all areas that were good on server selection

I play games solo it doesn't do it it drops a little but nothing crazy. I play games online and it eventually gets a hiccup where it goes down to red and my connection on game goes haywire and obs stops working/disconnects.

Do I need to post logs or something?
