First of all, here are my computer specs. i7 4790k @4ghz, 4GB GTX NVIDIA 870 GPU, 12gb DDR3 ram. My computer is running Windows 7. My upload speed according to speedtest.net is 15 Mbps. I am constantly stuck at 20 fps output. My settings are as follows.
Encoding: Quality Balance 8, Max bitrate/buffer size: 1700, codec AAC --> Bitrate: 128
Video: Custom Resolution- 1920x1080 -> FPS: 40--> disabled aero at startup
Resolution downscale 1.50
Audio is via my headphones mic
Advanced: General--> Use mutithreaded Optimizations is checked
process priority class : Normal
Scene buffering time 700
My picture is clear but it says 20FPS and 0 dropped frames. I don't know what is wrong and I can't stream at 30-60fps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
