Bug Report Stream Goes Black When I Open an Internet Browser

When I'm streaming with Software Capture my stream will go black whenever I open an internet browser. I've tried Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome and it goes black with everyone of them. When I close the browser the stream will go back to normal. Any help would be appreciated! :D
 
Hey, please post a log file if possible so I can get a little more information. That being said, I unfortunately haven't had such an issue on my end
 
I am also having this problem. I tested it with Deus Ex: Human Revolution which was working maybe a month ago with 0.44 without problems but now If I try to stream the game and have any browser open for chat or anything, the game in preview or actual stream will be black or a frozen image. I then tested it with FTL: Faster Than Light with Chrome open in the background on my Twitch channel and had no picture. This is the last FTL test that gave no picture

Well FTL is opengl, which doesn't work properly with regular software capture (at least without aero disabled).
 
This is exactly the same problem I've been having. I tried doing it with Binding of Isaac and with Torchlight, same problem switching to black screen whenever an internet browser is opened.
 
Did another test stream of Deus Ex: Human Revolution with a Google Chrome browser open then closed. I also checked the videos recorded on Twitch and the first recording with Chrome open has audio but no picture. Second video with Chrome closed has picture and audio. The logs are as followed

I'm pretty sure this is caused by something called "webroot" or something. A super invasive program which actually can prevent stuff from being captured
