Question / Help [Stream] Game lags, but the stream is fine

My connection is definitely not the problem; 300mb down and up
The problem is when I stream the game I'm playing is laggy, but the viewer sees it fine.
Specs:
i5-4570 3.20GHz
8gb RAM
GTX 970
1tb HD
