Ok, so the other day I decided to reinstall windows because I thought it was running kinda slow. That's when the problem started occurring on my laptop. I stream on a laptop with a GTX 1050Ti and since downloading windows, games keep crashing when I'm streaming. Not only that but I also use streamelements and the widgets turn black after the game crashes. I have to restart the software for the widgets to reset and in doing so I have to restart my stream. It sometimes happens when I tab out of the game but not always and it feels like my GPU resets for some reason, causing the problem. I have a dual monitor setup and when the crash happens, my desktop turns black and resets. I know that because I use wallpaper engine and I put the animation on pause and for some reason when the game crashes the animation briefly starts back again.
