Question / Help Stream freezing

Hello guys,

I have problem with my stream. When i'm going live, my stream lagging hard. When I want to check my quality and other, i've "Loading video" and this takes 5-15 seconds or longer. When stream will load image works smoothly for about 5-10 seconds and then lagging for 10-20 seconds and I have no idea how to fix it. I have chosen server: EU, Amsterdam, NL in OBS.

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-ams.justin.tv/app) took 886 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

I don't see anything wrong in your log file; this sounds more like buffering, which is a playback issue when you can't get data fast enough from Twitch. If you make a local recording or go back and watch a VOD of your stream does it look okay?

Ye it's looking fine 0 laggs. Problem is only when i'm streaming, my picture lagging there "loading, loading, loading...".

Sounds like you're having a hard time downloading from Twitch. It's an issue with your connection to the server that you're trying to download your video from. It doesn't affect everyone. As long as you're not dropping frames, it should be streaming fine.
