So I am trying to stream league of legends to twitch with 720p@30fps but the stream always freezes. I have a 25 up and 10 down connection. Also the server i picked for the twitch upload has the best ping out of all of them. Please help me, im not sure what settings to change. I just want a clear stream.

Sorry but the important part of the log is missing. Do a test stream again and then upload us your complete "current" log file after you stopped streaming please.

In general your settings look ok, testing different servers can help, but sometimes its just a problem of twitch delivering the stream to the viewer.
