Question / Help stream freezing issue

i googled for ever, but cant seem to find the issue without being able to post the log file.

i streamed fine for a few months
recently upgraded my internet connection
stream still worked fine up until a month ago and basically gave up, but tournaments are starting this month and id like to stream again!

previews and everything works fine, i dont lag, everything seems fine on my end. stream looks great
except for the fact that it stops and pauses every few seconds, than reconnects for about 1-2 seconds and stops again
and repeats

any ideas??

I think in this case you might just be streaming at more bitrate than you need. You're just experiencing frame drops and what appears to be an unstable connection.

Best thing to do first (if you don't want to turn down your bitrate) is to try other servers to see if any of the others help. If that fails, lower your bitrate until frame drops stop.
