Question / Help Stream Freezing HELP!

Yesterday i tried to do a stream but when i click on the game the stream freezes.
I only have 1 monitor and im playing the game on windowed so i can see the chat?

Sorry for bad English.

Your CPU is too weak to be able to stream at the setting you have.

I would recommend more downscale, probably at least 2.0 downscale for that CPU or more. Alternatively, instead of lowering resolution, you could try setting the x264 CPU preset to "superfast" or "ultrafast", but generally the problem is that your CPU is too weak to encode the amount of data you're wanting to.
